hi this dheeraj doing my btech EEE final year ....i got a job offer from haya soft which is in b'lore and mysore .......but they are asking for 45000 for training period of three months after the next month they will give me 12000 as my salary.....i dont even know abt the company ...can u help me plz in getting it

Hi Dheeraj,
My sister also got the same offer. so i spoke to the person who has offered the job by name Ramana Reddy. I am currently working in US as a Poject Lead. I asked him company Bangalore address. he said they are planning in Bangalore and Hyderabad. As of now they don't have any office in Bangalore. I have asked him several questions regarding the company. I never received one good answer. So i don't prefer.

am not sure about this particular company 'haya soft' but usualy a good company never asks you to pay them before joining as an employee. as per as the trianing is concern , its a company's internal human resource development process and a good company always does this in regular basis if required and there is no such pre-paid terms .
