Many times there has been something that was right in front of me and I should have seen it but didn't!! I just call it a mistake when I do things like that and mark it up as a lesson in life. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too!!

Well, I am visually impaired so that happens quite a lot. But that's taking your question literally.
I think I'm smart enough to know when someone's messing me around. I hope I am anyway.
Have a Merry Christmas!

It happened the other day. I looked for a box of Rice a Roni and it was sitting right there on my kitchen counter. All I could do was laugh.

My second (sorry ...) (ex)wife.
*Her whole family are a truly dysfunctional gaggle of fundamentalist "Christians".
**They constantly interfered in our marriage.
**She eventually fell into this crowd of bitter, divorced women.
**After 13 yrs. of marriage, she split on the kids and me, shacked up with some older guy, got him kicked out of his own apt., and totally screwed up the kids.
**The kids are now with me (about six months), in therapy, and she's being stalked by one of her "ex's". She even picked a fight with me during my daughter's birthday party, causing my baby to cry (more therapy ...).
**I know that I'm totally blind/clueless whenever I'm "in love", so I'm doing my best to keep that part of my life dormant for the long, LONG term.
Merry Christmas!
(;=]

The theory is if you want to hide something from someone you should hide it in plain sight! Works all the time with my husband.
