Duck and get cover, observing how you handle yourself with the gun - are you experienced? Left or right hand? Do you shoot practically or are you a show-off (gun held side-ways)? What type of gun is it? What is the recoil like?
After an obervation I would assess the situation and attempt to disarm you in whichever method suits best; if the situation is too dangerous or I would be unable to disarm you I would try to keep you in an isolated area, make a LOT of noise ("He's got a gun! Stay back! Everyone down!") so people clear the area, and then wait for the SWAT team to come and sniper you down.
If I had a weapon with me, and you tried to out-draw me, you'd be down.
