Permanent press.Use heavy duty for towels and jeans.The rest use permanent press.See all heavy duty does is spin the clothes longer and wash alittle longer.Thats it.

Use cold water on a regular setting or permanent press.. Heavy duty is for heavy clothing..

The durability, of the clothes, not the color, determine how brisk, and how long you wash them. You would wash blue denim jeans on heavy duty, and a blue silk blouse on a lighter cycle.

cold water only permanent press cold so the colors wont fade happy washing.
