Tough choice, I'm more of a Spawn fan myself, but Ghost Riders bike is just as cool as Spawns cape. Both are very powerful demon spawns. Both have chains and regeneration abilities. Both are excellent fighters, but Spawn was an assassin before he died, Ghost Rider was just a stunt man. So Spawn might win since he has more experience.

I think spawn would. As someone else mentioned spawn was an assassin in life and ghost rider was a stunt man. Also, I think spawn has more power, they both have chains but I believe spawns cape gives him the edge. He can make a motorcycle out of his cape, or a protective shield, or many other things. In addition, spawn is able to rip people apart with his chains and he is able to generate more chains then ghost rider is. Ghost rider can do some cool stuff with his chains but to me it seems like spawns abilities are greater.

definitely spawn.
the reason being that while ghost rider is very powerful, his powers are limited. (and i don't think spawn has a soul, so the penance stare wouldn't work)
while spawn can literally do ANYTHING. and he came out while i was in Jr. high school, which was many many years ago, so i am sure he knows how to use his powers by now.

I like both but I'd go with Ghost Rider. I just think with the capabilities he has, he can win anything against anyone.
