I strive to be that way always my friend. Life is too short NOT to be and since it is up to US - and no one else - to make us happy we have that decision to make ... every single day. We can choose to be angry, spiteful, jealous, and sad or we can choose to be the opposite. I, for one, feel life is too short to choose any other option but happy and cheerful.
And I have found that for some strange reason it draws others to you and fills your life with goodness. What goes around truly does come around so why not spread the cheer?

YES! Last night our son slept at Grandma's so we could go to a Christmas party. So it was a peacful night of uninterrupted sleep.
And....
NO-I woke up to find that the dog had an accident on the carpet last night :-(

Yeap, I try to be all the time and my spirituality plays a big part in that. Every morning I wake up I thank God that I have my health, my sight, I can walk, I can see, not missing any limbs, not disabled. . I feel even when I'm going through something difficult, I still have a lot to be thankful for.

I'm trying my best to be! This has been a year full of change so this Christmas is gonna be different to say the least. I'm putting on my happy face and going at it head on though! =)
