Ok, I am an adolescent in public schools, so here goes. I right now am in the middle of the road with politics... Bush, isn't doing a very good job. He isn't doing his job period point blank. Honestly, I'm waiting until 09 to see if this country can pick up from it's downfall, I think that we are shedding pesious blood out there in Iraq and who are we killing? Nobody but poor women & children, and American valuable blood. I mean, Has anyone on here on this Politics Question look at the statistics of DEATH in the Iraq war? In the Middle East? Who are we KIDDING? Nobody but ourselves when we say that President Bush is a good "supposed" President... I think personally, that Bush is has done some good things. But I can count those on a hand. To all the users that think that I am naive, think again, because I am well informed. Bush hasn't done anything but fight for oil... Have you seen his presidential resume? My teacher, says the same, but I don't let myself be influenced.... My family, was once republican, and I am not ashamed to say we voted for Bush, last election, BUT this time around the Republicans will NOT , or most likely not have a vote from us.... With all the downfall, I'm surprised at who would....
end of story.

We as adults, sure aren't setting a good example for them are we.? I have to include myself. You know it good you ask this question, because have you ever noticed, how politics brings out the beast in us. Over people that mostly are just plan lying to us ,to get voted into office. We will insult our friends and family,,over these people who, would not tee tee on us ,if we were on fire. I for one, have to remind myself of this ,over and over since I am so opinionated. I keep staying I want do it again .Then somebody say's the word Hillary and I off like a rocket. Hillary couldnot get to me, if I did not let her. And to think
I use to feel so sorry for her when Bill was screwing around..
Bu,t she has come back ,with a vengeance out of hell.
But to be honest, most young folks or just like us, they are a lot more interested in what they want than, what President Bush does. If you ask them that question they usually say my,dad, or my Mom said. that why I say their interest is else where. Just my opinion. Merry Christmas

Hi Jerry being the father of 3 teens, I can tell you first hand. They don't care. They care what is on their myspace account. They care about their wage at work. They care about graduation pictures. They don't care about politics. Whats worse is the teachers that ask questions like yours leaving it so if you answer it in a different belief you are a bad person. But who cares about teachers, as the saying goes, if you cant do then teach.

Im a british teenager, and im quiet too mature

George bush is a prime example of American Presidents, the U.S.A has overstepped is boundries in every factor, they are war obsessed, George bush is a marmite person, people either like him or hate him, Tony Blair decided to team up with him, and now look what happened, we got BOMBED!?

everywhere george bush goes, a rain of destruction follows him, most people hate him for who he is, i hate him for what he does, im not saying there is a better president, he handled 7/11 very well, he is a caring leader, but all presidents are the same, they are elected by accident, they either get corrupt or corroded, Goverments all over the world should be toppled, The capatalist society deserves what it gets, Stalin and Marx had it right, Communism Insured fair rights, as you can see people may view me as a Eastern Person, who is anti-USA, but im british, and not proud, gordon brown is just as bad, and i hope that all goverments are struck down by god, because of their abusive behaviour

Hope this helps

I don't think most "kids" even think about politics...

College campuses are way more political, but those people are still trying to figure out who they are. Many of them will wonder what they were thinking when they look back in a few years..I'm not talking about just liberals here...I am a liberal. Statistics show most of them (of voting age) do not even bother to vote. A few interviews have even shown that many of them say they support a certain position just to gain favor with their peers or to get laid.

At school, anybody who supports him is run off campus, never to return. We were all taught from an early age that a C student from Texas who hid on his father's ranch to avoid military service was a cretin.
I mean, we're talking about the guy who said: "If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator." —Washington, D.C., Dec. 19, 2000

We're an international school, btw.
