Here's what's ironic. Many people across the globe celebrate Christmas( in many forms). Most of them don't even know the true meaning of Christmas. They think it's just getting together with friends and family and exchanging gifts. Here it is folks, the only reason Christmas exists is because God ( yes, the God that created the universe, made you and me, and is part of The Trinity) came into our wretched world born as a child named Jesus. And, let's not forget that He was resurrected from His crucifixion and lives right now! If anything should be displayed, it should be the nativity scene! But wait a minute, you don't want to offend anyone, like the ACLU. It's better to appease the populous by putting up a tree and decorating it than shout "Hallelujah, The Savior is born!" . Truly, satan has done his job well by deceiving the world by turning our attention to decorated trees, Santa, and elves instead of focusing on the birth of the Savior of all humans from our corrupted sin-that results in spiritual death.

According to the Constitution of the United States, we're
supposed to have "Freedom of Expression...Freedom of
Speech". We have, by law, so many Freedoms that we are
not allowed to use today because of anti-Christian organizations like the ACLU.

Public places? Such as? If you mean government buildings then I say HELL NO! But if it's public like in a mall or church then by all means put up any religious drivel you desire. But if it's built or supported by my tax dollars then NO WAY do I want religious crap displayed there.

I'm a Pagan and it doesn't bother me. It would be nice if all religions and festivals were catered for, but I'm not offended if Christian imagery is displayed in public.

Government places should not be allowed to. Commerical places should stick with secular decorations to encompass celebrations by all of their customers.
