why doesn't the rc helicopters secharge light light up?

Hi:

It might be one of the following :

1) battery contacts are not making contact with the recharger

2) Contacts might be corroded rub the contacts with easer or clean cloth and try again

3) Battery got a short, Try a New battery and see if that fixes the problem

4) Recharger might be shot or defective Need a volt/ohm meter to check it out.
