Yes, tune into your breathing and try to take deeper, slower breaths, get very mindful with your body and consciously relax the areas that are getting tense, especially the back of your neck, shoulders and arms.

Try a muscle contraction / release excersize. Start with your toes... tense them up for about 3 seconds, then relax them and let the tension flow out of you. Then do your calves, then your thighs, then your bottocks, then your abdomen, then your hands, then arms, then chest, then neck, then head...all the while breath slowly in through your nose & out through your mouth as you tesne up each spot.
By the time you get all the way up your body, you'll feel a lot more relaxed.
The breathing is key.
It also helps just to give yourself something to concentrate on (other than the tense situation) and since it's something physical to do, it keeps you from getting "stuck in your own head" which is happens when people get tense.

I feel tense often so I got my secrets to relax.
Here are some options:

1)Jerk off then go to sleep
2)Watch one of these:
The Office
Everybody Hates Chris
Rambo
Rocky
Mad Max
Die Hard
3)Read something like Men's Health
4)Hit the gym and pump some muscles and eat a nice meal
5)Listen to nice music whatever you like
6)Drink and fall asleep on your couch
7)Go to the church and pray
8)Visit your grandma
9)Answer some questions on answer.yahoo.com !

* i am learning to enjoy the most tense situation
* if you try to avoid or try to away from the situation again the same tense situation may arise that time you may not be in a position to face it
* ways to feel relax at the time of most tense situation:
1.just listen
2.smile
3.ignore for some time
4.be patient
5.you will realize that the tense situation arises out of our own mistakes or others motivated tension situation
6. if it is by your won mistake try to avoid such mistakes
7. if its by others intention, they will feel guilty by your silence or no reaction from you
8. best way to get inside the most tense situation and permanent remedy will help for ever

exhaling helps...

look around and realize others are in same boat and seem to be handling it or think about how glad you are that you are not in a really tough situation. Like everyone else is nude also.

hmm, well you could always just close your eyes for a moment and breathe.

if you're alone, or at home or something you could listen to any kind of music that gets you in a better mood.
