There was no 1934 $100 silver certificate.
Series 1934 silver certificates were only issued in $1, $5, and $10 denominations.
All Series 1934 $100 banknotes were Federal Reserve Notes or Gold Certificates. Here is a link to a photo of the Series 1934 Gold Certificate:
