Use a common wire coathangar.

1. Unwrap the coat hangar making it one, long hook.
2. Re-shape the end that hangs on the closet rod as necessary so it can hook your bracelet.
3. Fish the bracelet out of its tight spot using the wire hook you just made.

Good luck!

Get a thin magnet, tie a string around it and slowly lower it down to the location of the bracelet. If you can't get a magnet thin enough, get a magnetic object (any metal will do) that is thin enough, attach a magnet to it (to transfer the magnetic field) and lower it to the bracelet. Just make sure the magnetic thing is still attached to the magnet otherwise it won't conduct.
If it still won't work, get a huge powerful magnet, open the water closet and dip the magnet in it. The magnet will attract the bracelet through the porcelain tank. You can move the magnet around until you dislodge the bracelet or push it up the top. Just make sure you don't use an electro magnet to dip into the water closet. If you're using an electro magnet, drain the water closet first.

Certainly the Wire Coat hanger suggestions are valid. I guess what confuses me is the issue regarding the TANK,,,if that's where the bracelet is lodged, being so close to the adjacent wall, that it doesn't allow some space behind???

Also might be the issue of how tightly wedged, and how delicate the bracelet?

Worst case scenario, unbolt the tank.

I was wondering if you dismantle a coat hanger and tried to make a hook out of the end and get it that way. Maybe catch it with your made up hook and bring it up from behind the toilet.

If all else fails.... Drain the tank , loosen the two bolts under the tank , move it towards you slightly and the bracelet should fall to the floor... tighten the bolts and refill !!

Get one of those wire hangars and open it up. Its thin yet strong enough that it should be able to snag the bracelet.
