it's an expression of shock quite similar to "OH MY GOD" only that it comes from the names of JESUS, MARY and JOSEPH...and its actually spelled susmariosep.......jeSUSMARIajOSEPh....

Same as Jejomar--Jesus Maria Joseph an expression of shock!!!! That's why the Mayor was named as such because the Mom was so shocked to see such an ugly baby :-)
