Ask him. Confront him and tell him that if that ever happens again you will start screaming and not stop until everyone is awake. Don't ever be alone with him like this again. Tell him to knock it off, unless he wants his wife and your parents to know what he's doing. Don't ignore it and don't let him get away with it.

Hitting on you! You don't need to keep this to yourself too. Your sister should be told like right now, actually like last night. It might help to punch the bastard out too. I've got an extra baseball bat if you want to borrow it. Listen, my brother is the same way. He hit on my wife and due to the constant pressure she almost caved in and it nearly ruined both marriages. His wife was told some story about mine coming on to him so his lies are holding his future in a lite grasp. Like sands in the palms in the wind. Mine came to me crying and spilled the beans completely and since it didn't include sex I forgave her. But, I will never trust her. If you wait any longer your sister will never have anything to do with you ever again. Right now you are a victim. By tonight you will be a co-conspirator! The truth should never destroy your relationship with your sister.

i think he is hitting on you. You should tell your sister. If you feel like it was an accident, let it go. If he does it again tell mom and sister plus cops. it is not okay for 35 year old man to do this to a young girl

sounds sussed to me. no man sho's married to someone else should be kissing another female on the neck - esp her sister. that's not affectionate, that's over the line. i think he drew his hand back real fast because you probably had a stunned look on your face, and he thought "oh, oh!". I'd have a chat to him so he realises he can't get away with that sort of behaviour.

probably meant it, was he drinking? If he was it was a drunken stupor. Let him know if it ever happens again, you will have a talk with your Sister.
It's a hard choice to make;
You can tell your Sister, and she'll kill him and then file for a divorce
or.
If you tell her now, she'll be more pissed at you than she would be at him.
I would talk to him first, see what his reason was. Then decided what to do about Sis.

Sexual Harassment
Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VII applies to employers with 15 or more employees, including state and local governments. It also applies to employment agencies and to labor organizations, as well as to the federal government.

Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when this conduct explicitly or implicitly affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

Sexual harassment can occur in a variety of circumstances, including but not limited to the following:

The victim as well as the harasser may be a woman or a man. The victim does not have to be of the opposite sex.
The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, an agent of the employer, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or a non-employee.
The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
Unlawful sexual harassment may occur without economic injury to or discharge of the victim.
The harasser's conduct must be unwelcome.
It is helpful for the victim to inform the harasser directly that the conduct is unwelcome and must stop. The victim should use any employer complaint mechanism or grievance system available.

When investigating allegations of sexual harassment, EEOC looks at the whole record: the circumstances, such as the nature of the sexual advances, and the context in which the alleged incidents occurred. A determination on the allegations is made from the facts on a case-by-case basis.

Prevention is the best tool to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace. Employers are encouraged to take steps necessary to prevent sexual harassment from occurring. They should clearly communicate to employees that sexual harassment will not be tolerated. They can do so by providing sexual harassment training to their employees and by establishing an effective complaint or grievance process and taking immediate and appropriate action when an employee complains.

It is also unlawful to retaliate against an individual for opposing employment practices that discriminate based on sex or for filing a discrimination charge, testifying, or participating in any way in an investigation, proceeding, or litigation under Title VII.

Statistics
In Fiscal Year 2006, EEOC received 12,025 charges of sexual harassment. 15.4% of those charges were filed by males. EEOC resolved 11,936 sexual harassment charges in FY 2006 and recovered $48.8 million in monetary benefits for charging parties and other aggrieved individuals (not including monetary benefits obtained through litigation).

I think maybe...he did. But I would not jump on it right now. Just to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then if it was to happen again , tell him yourself. If that problem persist....go to your sis and tell her. But let him know first what your plans are.

Believe me - guys always know where your chest is in proximity to their hands.

If you think that was unintentional, I'll let you know when I'm selling my car.
