Titanic was the first movie to make me cry. It was because it was so tragic how, after all the social class breakthroughs and getting to know one another, Jack and Rose were still separated. Jack's death was for Rose, and that makes it even more dramatic. I was watching it by myself and crying silently and I didn't even realize I was doing it until the movie was over and my face felt wet.

The first time I saw that nasty wicked witch in the "Wizard of Oz" I cried (scared kind of cry) because she scared the daylights out of me!

As an adult....I'm not sure if it was my first.... but I cried (empathy kind of cry) hysterically & called all my friends with kids after watching "Beaches"
;'-(
"Pay it Forward" got me too!
;'-(
and I still cry (happy cry) every time I watch the one scene in "Sense and Sensibility" (the Emma Thompson version) when 'Elinor' finds out that 'Edward' did not marry 'Lucy'

;'-)
