Try www.veoh.com. It has a lot of series and you can download them using their software. I used it for Kaleido Star, Naruto, Stargate and many others. Hope it helps.

It isn't fully translated yet. http://www.sekaiproject.net/ is working on the translation patch, and until then there isn't going to be ripped videos out of the whole thing.
So far, FAKKU has independently released 1 of the H-endings fully translated, and I believe Moetaku is working on a different ending to translate and release. That's all there is right now, for anything else you are going to have to wait- sorry.
