i want to watch a sienen anime ( aimed at 18 and above ) NOT A HENTAI or ECCHI , realistic kinda like Welcome to the NHK.

Definitely give Genshiken a look if you liked NHK.
Here are some other series that have worked well for older audiences (not neccessarily realistic like NHK or Genshiken):
Mushishi
Noir
Haruhi Suzumiya
Higurashi
Actually, I don't know too many series like NHK, but if there are others out there that you like, I can list some more sienen anime or anime that still works well for older audiences if you would like.

Okz, try watching "Battle Royall". DUDE, this is soooooo violent anime!!
Other is "Piece Maker Kurogane"
