what should i do if nightmares wake me up at midnight?

The same thing as what you do at any time of night, go back to sleep. Or decide to become a creature of the night to solve that problem :)

First of all, you reminded me of myself, and I have nightmares because I have unresolved issues in my life, restless over problems, and I think too much of things that I fear off...(ghost for example)
What you need to do is to make yourself happy in the few moments before you sleep, and perhaps do a light activity that you enjoy... This could help you prevent any further nightmares... You can take warm milk too before you sleep...

This will sound weird but I noticed I only have nightmares if I'm too hot in bed, particularly my legs! So I always make sure I'm cool enough before I got to sleep. Try it, it may work for you too!!

ummm thats strange...when I think of midnight I think of beautiful darkness and being alone...but since nightmares seem to be such a problem ill say sleep at midnight...nightmares cant wake you up at 12 anymore then

read until you fall asleep, try and think of something really random to keep your mind off it, go watch a comedy on tv!
