Which type of ballpoint pen or pens are used at drawing manga/anime? Some say 0.25 mm, some say 0.5 mm... Please list me all types and purposes of them in manga/anime drawing, like for drawing thin lines or thick lines.

They're not ballpoint (ballpoint ink doesn't photocpy well), they're art pens that use free flowing ink. Microns are very thin, those would work but they don't have a lot of ink in them (I've never been happy with them). Technical pens are great but they clog too much so I stick with waterproof disposeable art pens, which I can find for $1.95 - $2.50 each.
If you're in an office supply store look for the Pilot ultra fine point pens. They work great.
