Are you saying that your Visa card was canceled by the issuer?

Are you asking, do you still owe the balance?

Absolutely.

The issuer canceled your card to try to prevent further loss. They have come to the conclusion that you are a risk. I wonder how they got that impression?

Yes. You "borrowed" the money by using the Visa card, so you have to pay it back. Otherwise, it's considered theft. At the very least, you'll get sent to collections, and it will put your credit in the toilet. At the worst, you'll get sued, and they'll win.
