according to the imagination of Joseph Smith Junior (author of 'the book of Mormon') Jesus visited the americas after his crucifiction.
his last words were
"And the Holy Ghost beareth record of the Father and me; and the Father giveth the Holy Ghost unto the children of men, because of me. "
and lets face it, Jesus' words as imagined by Joe Smith are no more and no less important than the words, as imagined by the old world writers of the NT
