Someone in your life is having a bad affect on you and maybe too controlling. What happen in ones dreams shows energies that you are vulnerable to, that also you would be vulnerable to when awake. The time before you had the dream you may have been affected by such a person, and that set up the dream. Meditation and exercise, as well as a healthy diet, could help you get stronger spiritually so as to better handle such energy, you pick up from people, and comes out in your dreams.

Nightmares can be pretty frightening, sometimes we get these when feeling really tired, stressed out worried about something or even unwell. If you are staying up late, then going to bed really tired, this will cause you to go into a deep sleep. Try to go to bed on time and you will find a difference. Also, read any good prayers before you sleep. This will make you feel okay. Do this everynight and you should be okay. If you dream bad in the middle of the night, just get up walk a bit, and leave the light lamp open a little till you get sleepy again.
