I love someone who doesn't love me. She left me and when the she was with almost killed her she wants to go back with me. I can tell she dosent love me, shes just here for now. Do you love somebody that dosent love you and why?

I think that you need to be strong and get break free of that relationship.
You may even have chilrdren accidentally.
So, what about them?
What if she doesn't love them either? or what if she loves them, but can't stand you and this makes you jealous of your own children.
You are going to resent her in the long run.
She may mess you around and still leave you when she decides that she found better.
So, whichever way you put it, it's a complete waste of time and a receipe for disaster.
Go and find someone who loves you.
You will!!!

No, and I'm sorry, but I wouldn't waste my time loving someone who doesn't love me back. Sounds like your ex is just with you killing time until she finds someone she truly likes. Don't let yourself be used as a doormat... be strong, be confident, and get out there and fine someone for yourself who truly loves/cares for you.
