I get my information from three sources of religion; the sacred works of that faith, as in Christianity, their bible-the ??New Testement. Also, from their faith's leaders of the time, as Ireanus, Jerome & Eusebius. Also, I stick close to the only reliable source there is; the Word of G-d. If we disagree, you come to Him. Meditation/prayer, mind-body exercise, a healthy diet, and not overindulging can connect one to the most reliable source which is G-d. One needs to always be open to good inspiration from many sources.
