This Morning i Had Bad Cramps!?

When i Woke Up i Had REALLLY Bad Cramps But i Was Still Half Way Asleep So i Didn't Let it Bother Me And i Shouldn't Get My Period Like A Week From Now

Any idea's Why i Got Bad Cramps?

They Lasted For Like 10 Minutes.

Oh Yeah And My Lower Back it Hurt When i Sneezed / Coughed.

It could have been gas pain that passed.

Sometimes I get cramps about a week before my period as well and they never seem to last long either.

Get to your Doctor! Could be --Endometriosis -- painful cramps, heavy periods, chronic lower back pain etc........
It is treatable. :-)
