Not at all? I dated one once (just a couple of dates) and I found out she was more uncomfortable with our job difference than I was. I am an animator and I know it sounds strange but she thought my job was maybe a little more feminine and intellectual than hers and that put me off since it shows ignorance. Just goes to show you, you never really know someone until you find their true stance.
BTW I did 2 degrees in the time she did one. I did not receive a title when I graduated nor "special certifications" but I later told her after I saw no interest there I had one two Emmy Awards and laughed at the idea of PhD Picasso. I also told her of some of the math behind today's 3d animation and personally I think the physics of light are just as complex as electrical engineering. I in short I blew it I think when I turned the tables a bit to much but she also had her mind pretty much made up from The first 30 sec of the first date so meh I moved on.
P.s. BTW I <3 Smart Chicks! Never let any article say that men don't like a sharp cookie everybody has thier "things" and being abel have a conversatiion is one of my nessisary top 3.

Nope! Infact now my interest is piqued. Hopefully she doesn't have the stereotypical engineers personality. ;) Hopefully she's more than just booksmart too. But no, I am really attracted to intelligent successful women with an independent streak to them (not too independent though). Plus I think engineering is really interesting. I went into college thinking I wanted to be an engineer. Sometimes I still wish I followed that path.

Poor duke, his wife is a 'queen'. Man is never intimidated. He is always the giver and the wife is always the receiver.
