I think you better double check the name of this disease with the vet - never heard of it! When you're double checking, ask for them to explain the disease and the cause to you, because you'll get a much better answer than you would on here.

Also if you type SIBS into Google nothing comes up, which also suggest to me it doesn't exist - let me know if I'm wrong though, always want to learn new things!
