Yes, i have this female friend whom i'm chasing and once i asked her, do you think i trust you? she said no. I asked why? She said its her instinct. But i know what's happening, it's because of the past, around a month ago, i got angry because she was was out with my so called ''enemy''. I don't like him and she went out with him. And she already told me not to think too much, but at that time, i didn't know what i was doing, because in her blog post, she seems to be having so much fun with him and stuff, i can't help but feel angry at it. She says he's a really really nice guy, but she doesnt like him, and she sees him as a brother. But at times, i don't believe it. So right now, i gotta let her know that i trust her. Any ideas?

you cant @ the drop of a hat, automatic assumptions like that take a LONG time & a lot of work to remove/disprove

You can't. All you can do is actually trust her and it will show itself to her. Think about it, how does she prove to you that she trusts you?
Its always a tough situation when she does something that is so off base with you that it makes you not want to trust her. It's really a judgement call. If you can't trust her, then what's the point of being with her?

trust is something that takes a while for girls to bulid up with someone especially guys. so there is no quick fix for this problem. you have to earn her trust and you can make a start on that by not checking up on her blog posts ect. if you trust her like you say you do then listen to what shes telling you... click on the link below for tips to lean how to earn her trust... bear in mind it takes time!!!!!!!!!!!

i wouldnt trust you either. i dont believe that you can change so much within a month. and i think you know that you havent changed.
ah ! and it seems completely normal to me that you dont trust her, why should you ? if you read that she had fun with this guy on a blog and she is telling you that she isnt , keep your dignity and trust your intuition
