The vast majority of insurance companies will allow you to drive another car, even if your policy is Tp only. However, this will only ever be on 3rd party cover. Ie. If you drive your friend's Bentley into a wall, your insurance will cover the cost of the wall but not the Bentley, so you'll have a rather substantial bill from a Bentley dealership to deal with.
The reason for this is that the vehicle is an indeterminate variable - the insurance company cannot adjust your premium to cover a vehicle that it doesn't know the value of.

The "any car" extension on insurance is being withdrawn, especially for younger drivers because of blatant abuse. You might find a company, but prepare for it to be expensive. Suggest you try a high street broker and deal over the counter, but be sure you have what you want in writing on the documents, don't take a verbal assurance.

My son had the same problem. he was paying £1500 a year for his fully comp insurance and wasn't able to drive any other car until he was 25.He had never had an accident or claim and drove since he was 19
My friends daughter however was. i don't know if its because he was a boy[[boy racers etc]
I had to add him to my policy for him to be able to drive my car
Good luck if you do find some insurance company

Most fully comprehensive policies cover exactly what you require.
You might have an issue with your age but that would be down to individual insurance companies so you'll have to look around.
It might be an idea to learn to spell, it looks better when you fill the forms in.

Most companies will cover you for this even on TPFT, your best bet is to ask each company you go to for a quote. I'M with A-quote insured by Highway and they are VERY reasonable, give them a try.
