One bottle up front with 2 pumps, one for the front windshield and front headlights {if the car has the cold weather package},and the other pump is for the rear window with the lines going through the passengers A-pillar and along the headliner to the back, both lines have check-valves that can get clogged.

One bottle and one pump feeds the front and back washers. There should be a non return valve in both lines so if back one is not working there must be an obstruction in the back pipe.

at a guess, its just fuelled from the front one! But it will take a little longer to filter through.
