I'm not going to mention what country I'm from, but when I run into a user online (through chat) and they behave more normally (not like animals) it ofthen turns out that they are from this "neighbor country".

The "neighbor country" is pretty much the same culture and even the same/similair language.

People have different social customs and proper ways to act when interacting with another person in different countries. So yeah definitely

Perhaps the people who are talking about the neighboring country have a reason to dislike people from the other country. For example, you can't tell a person from Bosnia and a person from Serbia that they speak the same language, even though they do. They refuse to accept it because they WANT to be different from each other for political reasons.

People from different countries are socially different because of their divergent upbringings and environment. Their traditions, norms and culture are different. What is right in one country might be wrong to others...But it's just culture, it's not wrong nor right, it's just different...

Some places are liberated while others are conservative. Sometimes, it is affected by religion. The beliefs of people varies therefore we act differently from others...
