and he be online late at night talkin to other female but when i ask him he doesn't do it for a while and then about 3 or 4 months down the road it starts back what should i do???

Dear, he wouldn't look for other women over the net to chat/flirt with them, while having a real woman like you by his side, a woman he's supposed to be interested in. You deserve more respect. He's not being serious with you. After three years he's widely showing a lack of interest.
Talk to him about it once more. If he doesn't stop flirting with other girls on IMs/Chat Rooms at one, it's time for you to say goodbye. Get another boy who really loves and respects you.

it's normal. Nothing will happen unless you force it, 3 years is a long time commitment. It proves how successful your relationship has been. That's a good thing. It shouldn't hurt yours.
