Jesus's conquored death for every person everywhere, all mankind of all time - that simple superlative "all" means just that - ALL. I challenge you to find one person that has ever been, is now, or ever will be on this planet that cannot be counted as part of ALL HUMANKIND. (hint, those that passed before Jesus's time are humankind too) Jesus IS the savior of the world and all things that have come and are yet to pass.
Jesus was not only the Son of God, he was also God Himself, so ignorance of Jesus is one thing, but ignorance of the Lord is something totally different. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to me except through the Father." But if Jesus is doubling as the Father as well, any man prostrate to Jesus, or the Father, or even the Holy Spirit for that matter, is defaulted to know either of the other two - so with that explination, ignorance of Jesus - in any lifetime - is not possible.
Therefore, the adage that ignorance of the law will not keep you out of jail holds true to another adage, "ignorance of the Lord will not keep you from hell."
But if you don't believe at all, then no explination is possible. However, if you do, then no explination is necessary.

It is a difficult question to answer, Jesus released the Saints that were in Hades when he descended to hell.
Yes Jesus wants even the most vial sinner to repent, the last day of judgment is for this very purpose.

This is an interesting question.
People who existed or perished before the death of Jesus were aware of the teaching of the second coming, which is prophesied in their sacrificing of a lamb on the altar. Even in the beginning when Cain and Able existed (way before the resurrection of Jesus), Cain sacrificed his crops, which did not please God, as it was not the sacrificial lamb.

Christ will claim his own from every era. No man can know but G-d always knows what is in the heart. The sacrifice was for all time meaning past, present and future.

Probably. Jesus died for the sins of ALL humanity. It never said anything about Him dieing for the sins of the living and the sins of those who are yet to be born.

Those that rebelled against God died in the desert.
I can't remember where I have read in the word of God, since Jesus wasn't born at that time, those who obeyed and worshiped God have a place in Heaven.

They were our descendant back in the past.
They made the same blunders and slip-ups with human errors back in the past.
Could not solve the mess and was lost with time.
When it was not their time to solve it .
But in our time.
If we dont solve the mess out there now.
Before we elders leave in time.
The same mess will happen over the horizon.
When the last vials had been opened after the mystery of us-911.
Will be looking forward to the rise of a new Atlantis over the horizon.
The mystery on what Iraq is all about.
Luke 17 26.30

Yes all those are SAVED who followed the prophets of their time and age.
“We are not in the habit of punishing a nation until We have sent a messenger (to them).” (Al-Isra’: 15).

They were "saved" by looking forward to the promise, just as people look back on it now: "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."
There's more verses that speak to this topic - but I get the feeling you're not really that interested. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
