I don't disbelieve in deities because I haven't seen or met any. I don't believe because I can't believe because there is no evidence for their existence.

I am typing this from the inside of a live whale at the bottom of the ocean. Can you possibly choose to believe me? Well, the claims of theism sound even more absurd to me. I don't choose to disbelieve, I can't accept the claims of theism to be true any more than you could try to trick your brain to believe that I am typing this from inside of a whale.

Actually fossils do not show that. There are huge gaps in the fossil record, and virtually all of the transitional forms that have been found have turned out either to be fakes (Java Man, Nebraska Man, Piltdown Man), or not true transitional forms (Archeopteryx). Secondly the fossils only show similarity and can just as easily be explained by the common framework theory, without discarding any of the evidence.

Blame them for what? For not believing in the same thing I believe in? No, I don't blame or hate anyone, who doesn't believe in my Christianity. I know what I feel, I know what I believe , and that is all that matter's is my spirituality... I let God, take care of his own children.. that is not my job, nor do i want it..... I see what u are saying about science, But being a christian, there has to be a happy medium for me.. blessed are those who believe but have not seen... So from me i say Merry Christmas, and if you are not a christian, then i say Happy Holidays, it doesn't matter either way to me... I know who i am and who my God is..... Have a blessed New Year

Atheist logically couldn't see God's existence ,

But where goes their "common sense" ?

Can't they see "WORK OF GOD" all around them , An Atom to universe and their own selves ,

if all these do not lead them to a Supreme Creator by logic , then they are ,

"2:18. Deaf, dumb, and blind, they will not return (to the path).

No, but i can blame an atheist for not looking at the same situations from another point of view. has anyone ever considered that God created the world by making DNA, ancient animals, etc.?

Who am I to hold my faith against someone else? I think that everyone should be more accepting of other's faiths. I see it so much here on R&S answers and it's getting silly. People continually attack each other for having different faiths. Some people have bad experiences because some people try to "shove'' faiths (or lack there of) down other's throats. "You're wrong" and all that crud. I think that the whole world would benefit if we could simply respect each others beliefs and genuinely care for each other regaurdless of religous, economic, racial... etc.... status.

Evolution is a lie. Read Romans 1:18-32 in the Holy Bible, New Living translation and you will know the truth about atheists.

your wording is a bit odd, but i think your point is "do christians (theist) dislike or hate atheist because they do not choose to believe in a god" NOt speaking for all theist, but most likely for many, no we do not hate or dislike atheist for their beliefs, some of us pray that they (the atheist) find god, others of us simply have no feeling about the atheist choice. as a christian we are obligated to pray for the salvation of every person and their soul, not to hate or belittle.

Wonderful use of singular in an obviously plural atmosphere.

Now just misspell atheist, and you're right on the money.

Funny question, and I often wonder that myself- star for you!

No I cannot...I was atheist 28 years before I saw the truth.

If I said yes, I'd be a pretty big hypocrite!
