It is a private torrent tracker, you will have to keep checking for a time when the membership opens up, and join. Right at the very beginning let me warn you, they ARE strict, allow your ratio to be bad (less than 1:1) and you will get the boot.

As you have found out UK video "on demand" does not work in Canada, as the broadcasters block it, so as to sell their programs to the North American market.

The major TV companies in the UK such as the BBC and the ITV and several others all have websites where you can go and watch not only recorded 'catch up' programmes but very often they are streaming live programmes as well take a look at :-

You can pick it all up on satellite, if you have a suitable dish. You may also need a card to put in your decoder box, but if you only want the basic free channels (BBC, ITV) then you can get the cards for free from Sky. But they'll only ship to a UK address so you'll need to get one of your UK-based friends to send it on to you.

channel 4, itv and bbc all have web sites that offer free castch up tv on line. If it is availavble overseas thoguh I am not sure
