Suppose the Bible God has a GOD above him, how would God's God judge the job done on earth?

I don't star many questions, but I did this one. I have pondered it as well. At one time I guess that I would have said that God did a pretty terrible job. Because I believed all that Bible stuff. And according to that, his son Lucifer and a good number of his angels were pretty rotten from the start. And then he made humans and they messed up and started killing each other and all kinds of stuff right away... But now I have a better understanding and I think it is all alright. Scary the way it was fed to me by religion though.

I would say that by the simple nature of man, God failed. But, then, he was dealt from a loaded deck!
