The light (God) can't be in the same place as the dark (sin nature of man). As soon as the Light came on darkness would have to flee. It would negate us having a freewill. Remember God had to hold his hand up and only let Moses glance at his back as He passed and that almost killed him. He came down off the mount changed, almost glowing but looked much older.

Because we are too, evil??????
Okay then! Why didn't this, all powerful being, just not wipe the slate clean, and start all over again, with another set of more, obedient people?
Seems to me that this omnipotent god of yours, can do just about whatever he wants to, right?

So why not destroy Lucifer in Heaven in the first place, and forgo the war, and the evil, and everything else?

Because prior to their sin of eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, God had an entirely different plan for mankind. Because of the sin of Adam and Eve, they lost their fellowship with God. The human race was cursed because of their disobedience to God. Mankind was expelled from the Garden and the entrance was forever closed and a Cherubim with a flaming sword was assigned to guard it. Adam was cursed to have to work very hard to feed himself and his family. Eve was cursed in that she would bring forth her children in pain and suffering. The serpent was cursed in that he would thereafter go forth on his belly and eat the dust of the ground. He was further cursed and so was Eve, in that their descendants would have enmity/hatred for one another and that the serpent would bruise mankind's heel and mankind would bruise the serpents head.

You imply that this loss of fellowship is a failing on God's part. In actuality, it was mankind's failure that disrupted the beautiful picture of God walking through His garden with the man and woman He created and fellowshipping with them.

Read the Holy Bible and find out, the answers are written there. I suggest a New Living translation, which is written in plain modern English.

God does speak with man today. He still calls Prophets and Apostles to teach the people.

The only reason God does walk and talk with everyone is because in our fallen state, most are not prepared for the experience. It would destroy them.

Our flesh will never be worthy of God due to our sinful nature. But our spirit which was created in His image is the only thing that is worthy. That is why the Holy Spirit lives in us and we hear it from within.

Christians believe God is always everywhere
so I think he does we just don't see or hear him
because we have closed "doubting Thomas" minds.
