If You look at the illusion long enough
it will expose itself for what it is,
then you can begin to see what it covers.
It will require discipline & obcession.

could this be possible?
how much have you uncovered?

how wayward is your gaze?

It really depends on what the illusion is or isn't.
The perception of what is real is subjective to the masses. If many see a cloud and call it a cloud-- it most likely is a cloud. But, if a large group of people were looking at a cloud and each person called it something else- then there would be a question of what is being seen is an illusion or a fact.

I personally have had many lessons in my life that have uncovered what I perceived as truth.
I was not thinking my own thoughts. I was seeing things through my parents lives as if they were truths. I was a slave to trying to be what I thought I should be. And do or not do what I had a perception of.

I now have a wider gaze than before, which has removed me from some very strong absolutes that I had in life. I was scared at first to act on my own view of things that were seemly set in stone.

Discipline and obsession area subjective things.
It is more like a life lived to ones own truth is a natural truth and comes from being who we truly are.

Also, I believe that the more we know, illusion or fact, the more we know, the more we realize we don't know.

We see in a mirror dimly in this physical world. Truth and illusions will be made clearly distinguishable when we reach the spiritual realm.

Yes, because you will begin to see the flaws of the illusion and the truth will appear thru the cracks, but you have to be persistant and willing to have the patience in order to do this.
Yes, and I have uncovered truths that have lifted me higher and some that have saddened me, yet in the end I have become stronger and wiser for it. As for how much I have uncovered? That yet remains to be seen. I try to keep my gaze straight and true.

an illusion is an illusion, but what is the FORM of that illusion will rely on the individuals mental perspective, experience and emotional state. these are what makes up a gaze of a person.

Thank you for pointing towards illusion..

I find that much is illusion..
I have discovered very much that things are not as they seem..
For example..a flower lives in concious manner..and the illusion is of passivity..and the mountains rivers trees seas the same....and conciousness is beyond our human comprehension.
Conciousness stands both within and beyond the illusion of matter ..and is such that we seldom acknowledge or appreciate.

Aligned with conciousness in energy and aspects of energy..and energy is all around us..vibrant living and aware.

I have learned that nothing is as it seems..that there are multiple hidden dimensions and these can be layered in different ways..layered of the moment and of the essence..layered in degree of development..never staying the same for more than an intake of breath.
Thus illusion is within us..is part of us and we therefore live lives of illusion...

It is worth questioning..what is not illusion..?
I find that Love is not of illusion..it is real..it is of energy and of cord and finds its way..or not..given condition of circumstance..however..Love.. as Universal Condition..encompasses all we are..all we will be and ever have been.
