I would excpt him with open arms!! Its not his fault he didt know you when you guys were growing up!! talk to your mom/dad find out y they never told you. but begin building a realationship with your brother... is will be very different because you didnt grow up together but you never know you may have alot in common. maybe that is your best friend standing there and you just dont know it yet
