I get it and I don't even celebrate Christmas.

In my opinion it's the rudest time of the year.

It's from having to go out to be among people during this time of the year when they go crazy in the stores and about run you over to get that present for themselves or little Johnny.

Christmas is a holiday and how could you get burned out from that? If you get yourself all stressed and broke and no time to enjoy it then you are just asking for "burn out" and you aren't celebrating Christmas for all of it's goodness.
