I think most of us Windows users have used Paint once or twice. It's one of the most basic photo editing tools in... well, probably existence. Anyway, I've been dabbling in this program lately, finding things out about it. Normally my photo editing wouldn't be a problem because I own Paint Shop Pro, but I'm currently in a position where I can't get to my home computer. So, yeah. I noticed that in some instances, if you put just white on a photo, and paste it into another photo, the white background will be gone and it will turn transparent...

In what way does the white turn transparent, because other times I've tried it didn't work. What do I do to make sure the backgrounds turn transparent every time?

As far as I know, there is no way to get transparency unless you like white.
