I was lookin around for a little pellet gun just to screw around with out at my dads place in the country. I'm lookin for a handgun type gun so, what's a good pellet pistol, I've seen a couple decent looking ones like the Crosman T4 ops, and the desert eagle replica but i dont know yet. Plus if you suggest any, could you put in the price as well?

the Walther CP88 is a very well made pistol...i am the proud owner of the 4" version, and i am very very impressed with its overall results so far. The crosman T4 is ok, but i have held it (havn't fired one) and I personally didnt find it as comfortable as the Walther (which is now made by Umarex, but still in Germany).

My best recomendation is to go to gun store and check these things out...different guns suit different people in entirly different ways.

Happy shooting [:

Crosman is pretty good. I've seen them from 25.00 to 75.00 depending on the model.
Which one you get is up to you. But when looking at them hold and dry fire them to get a feel of which one feels the best and most nature in your hand.
The more it feels like a part of you the better.

I'll second the Crosman 1377c. Best $50 pistol at Wal-Mart. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5913356
This is a nice CO2 also:

This is neat, use round lead balls, not pellets or BB's.

you should probably go with a rifle type you will have better accuracy that way but if yuor set on pistol type use the desert eagle

For just "screwing around" here's a good one.
http://www.pyramydair.com/p/crosman-1377-pump-pistol.shtml
Self contained power, (pump) accurate, and good power.
If you want to get a little "crazy" later, you can send it to a air gun tuner and tune it for more power.

As a suggestion, you might try the forum Outdoor Recreation-Other.
Lots of other kids hang out there, discussing their TOY guns
