What is the name of this vampire movie?????

There is a scene where a few female vampires are sleeping in a basement and only one is in a coffin the others are in odd places. The one I remember the best is sleeping in a full bathtub and since she is under water her lungs are out of her body and on top of the water. Her lungs also look pretty huge. Then when se wakes up she stuffs them back in. Ewww. What movie is it??

This is driving me crazy because, when I was researching another question, I came across that description of the lungs outside of the body. I'm trying to retrace some of the steps I've taken in research but haven't found it yet.

I thought that it might be "Liquid Sky", but I can't verify that yet. I think there are only two vampire-type women in this film, so it's likely not "Liquid Sky".

The answer might come to mind as I continue doing my research. I HAVE read that description, perhaps in a review of the film. It all depends on whether I can backtrack enough to recall where/how I found that particular description.
