get a bigger battery.....change the size of the rear sprocket to a bigger one.

weld a disc weight to the motor spinner. it works very well.it will make it spin up to 4 times faster.

raise the voltage from 12 volts to 48 volts.

probably not, you could chek if the batery is fully charged but other then that you would need to get a bigger motor and a more powerful battery.
