How do you set the best example for people to follow you??
The regular traditions I keep are Mass, Confession, prayers..etc...
Do you do something beyond the call of duty as a Catholic to show the meaning of your faith???
God Bless and Merry Christmas to you all!

I'm a crappy example.
But when people ask, I share some experiences and opinions that I've had. It's best though, when I hear other peoples' stories and opinions. I get edified all the time. It's a crushing burden, I know, but consider the lilies of the field, they neither toil, nor spin, yet Solomon in all his glory was never clothed in such fine raiment!
*er, I better light a candle for dagger there. Poor thing!

I try to do good to others. Regardless of their faith. That to me is what being Catholic is all about. Sure We got bad press mainly because of the Roman Empire and the Old Vatican and its abuse, but still I try to follow the true meaning of the faith, regardless of the Vatican rules.

I used to be Catholic...my mother's side of the family type thing. Anyway, I found early on that the cathedrals were magnificent, the music eerily unearthly, the rituals tideous, and the language impossible. Later, I found evidence of things that indicated that maybe the Catholic church wasn't all it was cracked up to be...ironically, it was through the Catholic church that I learned this truth. So, now I'm involved in putting God first and trying to get the Word out.

Study Jesus' example by reading the bible daily and learning from the Great teacher ( the greatest man who ever lived) He got millions to follow him by setting the example for 3 1/2 years by putting Jehovah Gods will above his own and obeying his father precisely
We can only hope to try to imitate Jesus and please God by teaching others Gods truths.
Jesus said No one comes to the Father except through me. NOT through .any man or Woman but through Gods Son.

why should people follow you? your traditions are too burdensome and your doctrines too inconsistent.
"For it is by GRACE you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— NOT BY WORKS, so that no one can boast."

I like to re-enact the Crusades every year by attacking my Muslim neighbors with snowballs and a ski pole. It's great fun, and I usually win.
