I am working for BPO firm. My working hours goes upto 12 hours a day. I am still single and looking for patner who could understand me and take care of me. But i am not able to find the right girl. I have tried all sort dating sites but invain. Life seems to be lonely and sad for me. My parents also doesn't care if i am not married as they feel that working in BPO is not a decent job!!!. I am living in mumbai (Bombay) and don't drink or smoke either. Tell me freinds what should i do???

You should live your life for you. You can have a good life without a woman. A mate is nice, but it's not a prerequisite for a happiness. Also, are you being too picky on the dating sites? Guys want a 9 or a 10, but a 6 that cooks really good is better. Also, if your job pays well, it's decent. We all can't be bank managers or billionaire software designers.
PS...if you do find a partner, 12 hour work days are great. That only gives you 3 hours she can gripe at you for leaving the toilet seat up.

it is obvious .. the problem is you are trying to hard and this never puts you in the right state to receive your dream mate.
instead, focus on self improvement. become as healthy as you can from the inside and the out. become fit ... become worldly through reading books of interest and going to museums. discover yourself by exiting your comfort zone and learning about different cultures.
through yourself into a hobby or side interest.
you do this and trust me you will become so attractive that great women will find you.
you can't receive them though until you are ready to receive and you are not there yet my friend. but soon if you do what i say.

Nothing you can do, you can hope, dream and ask all the strangers you want but we are a society, no individual can change that. Wait for the right girl to come to you, yes being a male and having to wait is a true chore but if you push love it will push,kick and scratch back.

ahhh the stigmata of a workaholic! No one ever promises happiness in this world its up to us to seek it out, try to find someone in your own field with similiar interests and similiar lifestyle..don't get discouraged... those dating sites ,to me anyway, are as bad as going to a bar and expecting to find your soul mate... try some chat rooms on something like I village.com (I thinks that the name of it) or google what your interests are and search from there...gl hon

Well, is all that you are looking for is someone who will "understand and take care of" YOU? maybe in that case, you should live with your mom, not to be mean :)
Also, maybe you should get out more and try to meet people that way, or through friends
