like if we are about to go over a bump while driving i always hear sumone say "ow" befor we even hit the bump it always happens thats jsut 1example

they say ow BEFORE u hit the bump.... umm, ur dont have delayed reflexes, they are just anticipating it, or just wierd.

its normal reflexex. if you are the driver you may react in a different way or even you are not, people differ from each other in reacting.
