Why do the "atheists" like to hang out in the "religion and spirituality" section? I find it ironic.

I believe they are "closet" believers. Why else would they waste their time here on a subject they have no belief in?
They want to know more about Jesus and can find out things here without revealing themselves to their friends.

Because even the Atheist people are searching for something good. Now as far as I can see it they may have turned their back on God by saying that they are true Atheist but they could be the very ones that are some of God's people in the very end. It's not over till it is over and if God so minds to then he will change some of these Atheists hearts that have been hardened, even turned to become Athiest. God can always take back whats his. I don't know if the Holy Spirit of the Lord has been poured out among the people yet so, some people are very hardened by all the hardships and seemly liars they think. It is hard to really know a God that has pretty much left his people own thier own for a while/ Some people do not understand this because they do not know that this is why Jesus came to this earth. The reaon was to defeat death through his bloodshed, and allow us to live again someday without all this pain and suffering. Thank you and God Bless You.

Why does any religion or spiritual belief system look at others? Either to learn more, out of curiosity or to prove the "other" wrong in order to prove themselves right. It's the never ending question of who knows the real truth....

Because the Religious (their counterpart) attracts them like flies to the dungs.
One creates the other. They deserves each other condemning one another into oblivion.
Only those who are God's fold will be spared from their whirlpool of their own confusion and trying to confound others. Believing in their own lies as truth they doom themselves and others together with them

Because religion and spirituality are discussed here. So is the lack of either or both of those. Afterall, look at all the "How can you not believe in how wonderful God is?" questions.

thats a very good observation in my opinon it is because even thuogh they do not belive in a god we has humans are natured to search for the meaning to life and somewhere in them they wanna find out too even if that means religon or spiutuallity outside of there currant one- they want admit that thuogh lol but its ok that kinda thing is personal
