end their war on summer until sometime is the spring?

Agreed Jordan... it is sad how much time and money will be wasted on a natural cycle.

Skye... not nearly close to the amount of effect your alarmists want you to believe. Sure... we can destroy a pond, stream... lake and so on... but for US pollution or even the worlds pollution to be causing what they are claiming... well that is just being really naive. I could pour a gallon of oil into the ocean every day and it would have little effect. Perspective is key.

g... your own statement proves it beautifully. You state.... the other simple fact is... you can't prove or DISPROVE man made global warming right now...

So.. if it is not a proved theory... therefore not making it fact... why is it all you lefties are so hell bent on claiming "If we don't act now the world will end!!!"?

When scientists came out and said milk was bad for you did you immediately stop drinking it, announce to the world that it would kill their kids, hold rallies and protests dairy farmers and try to bankrupt that industry? Or did you just use common sense and say... geez, everyone has consumed milk products since the begining of time and they all lived long lives... I think I will wait for SOLID HARD PROOF making that theory a FACT. In the meantime I will consume in moderation as always and use my own brain to determine what is right.

Thanks for proving my point.

Not a chance.... there is still money to be made!

These alarmists are increasingly becoming fringe because the truth is coming out. Example: There was a consensus among the scientists according to Gore and the media. Fact is much of the consensus disagreed but their opinions were ignored. way to go media! check your sources! NOT!

how is something that most scientists believe beyond naive?

it's like saying believing in gravity or evolution is beyond naive?

the simple fact is, people who talk about global warming usually do get quieter during the winter because naive people go "it's cold outside, it can't be global warming"... which is questioning a global phenomenon based on a local event... which is clearly silly

the other simple fact is... you can't prove or DISPROVE man made global warming right now... so it's really BEYOND NAIVE to think you actually know for sure either way...

there are natural cycles, but just because they exist, it doesn't mean that it is occurring... that's elementary logic that you seem to ignore...

Jordan is right man is not the primary cause of global warming, it is using too much electricity, cutting down our trees and forests, removing too many fish from the oceans, killing the whales, driving our cars two blocks to the supermarket, watching too much TV or using the computer 24/7. It is not taking care of our beautiful planet, it is landfills, and gas fumes and war and people who don't believe that it is happening and go about their lives completely oblivious to the destruction happening right before their eyes. But it is not man who is to blame........no

I believe The planet is doing what it's supposed to be doing, and that a higher source(GOD) is doing what ever people think is bad, Katrina, Earthquakes, world floods, and tsunamis. its in Revelations, in the Bible, and I read it year's ago, and now its happening, Why doesn't al gore know this, I have seen him and his family on t.v. coming out of church?????????? on Sundays in the past with the clintons??????????YEA !!!! they are real Christians, now that he has made millions off everyone, I'll bet he doesn't talk so much about it anymore, let's watch and see!!!!! as far as milk goes, you don't really need it after about 2 yr's old, because an enzyme in the body leaves, I read a book years ago, how to raise a healthy child in spite of your Dr. whole chapter on milk, I bought raw mild for years for my kid's, they were never really sick after that, went the organic way for year's still do, they drank loads of goat milk also, I was lucky to have all that readily available to me, because we live in a small Amish community, great people!!!!! great idea's

I invite these global warming idiots to take a little trip up to where in live in northern MN and see just how warm it is. Especially once the 12 inches of snow we are getting today starts falling. F*ckin window lickers

Global warming is probably happening, since other planets are warming, too. Because of that, it's also unlikely that man is the primary cause.

There are many people who love to think this country is bad and should go away and many who think humans are bad....well that shows you their mind set...they are nuts

I believe global warming is real, but that humans are not the primary cause.

And have you seen how much 'green' advertising is around now? I think their war machine is just kicking into high gear.
