I believe he repented for his people as did many great prophets before him.
Is there ever a scripture that can show him repenting like everybody else does, or does this confirm his divinity?
For I know he knew no sin.
That doesn't mean that he might not have repented anyways, for he was also very human.
Did he ever have any guilt?

I believe Jesus did do whatever the >_- he wanted to and what he wanted to do was actually good.
Was he always aware of his Divinity, and if not doesn't that mean he repented often growing up?

Yes, but as a Jew myself, we repented often, on high holidays, such as Yom Kippur. As a people and as a good jew they were required to repent and fast both orally and internally.
Maybe Jesus fasted and repented for his people, but not himself? I know he kept the laws, but even the Rabbis repented for falling short and as part of their custom..
He never fell short, but it was his Jewish custom to repent regularly.

WaWa has got what I am saying, as a good Jew he repented daily, and on Yom Kippur. How do we know he knew he was sinless, except our faith that he is G-d?

Jesus, being from a human mother and all humans have known sin, was human. In fact that was the whole reason, so that he would know everything it means to be human and born into sin. He commited no sin, but still his human body had to go through a death process. He went through every pain humans go through, so that he would be a comfort and a leader, why would that not mean he also knew what guilt was like, afterall isn't that one of the most painful aspects to being human?

Hebrews 17 For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. 18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

If he was divine and without sin, he would not need to repent. But then again, God repented at least once in the old testament, so who knows.

No sin nature, no sin, no need for repentance, nothing to repent from.
Heb 4:14 Then having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession.
Heb 4:15 For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our weaknesses but One having been tried in all respects according to our likeness, apart from sin.

Repent means to turn away from sin. It is the natural next step after the acknowledgement of sin. One sins, one admits to the sin, and then one turns away from it.
Jesus Christ was a sinless savior. Since he had committed no sin, there was nothing to admit, nothing to repent of, and nothing to feel guilt over. Check out this verse:
For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin (Heb. 4:15 NASB)
In Old Testament times, the people had to have a High Priest who would carry out their business before God. This mediator had to follow a ritual to purify himself before he could enter the temple and perform this task. This is a model for what Jesus did. As a sinless savior, he took our sins upon himself and bore them before God. He is, therefore, our High Priest and mediator before God.

Yes,Jesus was aware of His divine nature and being the very stamp of God in human flesh, was sinless...Repentance biblically, is a change of mind and direction concerning sin (rebellion), against God...Jesus knew no sin and had nothing to repent of.

This question is far deeper than it appears on the surface....There is also the devisive question of whether Jesus spent time in hell or not.........
As He lived, He was sinless. He , Himself, by His own thought or action committed no wrong doing. He was pure. We are also taught that He took all of our pain, suffering, and SIN upon Himself. This had to be done in order to redeem us before God.................where did that sin go? Even though it was not His sin, it was taken upon Him. It is not allowed in Heaven........how did He cast it off?
I do not have the answer......I can't even pretend to know. I simply have something else to pray over and study. thanks

You repent for your sins. He committed no sin. As humans, we are born into sin, but it's not a sin to be human.
Besides, Jesus wasn't 100% human....remember? Does Son of God ring a bell?

The "Christians are dumb" remark is so intolerant and incorrect. Many of the world's most intelligent people are believers, and many are not.

Jez, how do YOU know he knew no sin? Are YOU God??

I believe that was what he was doing when he'd go to the mountains to pray.
Also, I thought he did sin according to the Bible, like when he freaked at the people selling in the temple eventually delivering the line that went something like "strike this temple down and I shall rebuild it in three days".

When He was 12 He was in the Temple and told Mary and Joseph when they asked Him why He stayed back there and they were looking for Him He said "I must be about My Father's business"
and Isaiah 53 declares that everyone thought He was being punished for His own sins but it was for us
Hope that helps
